LEVEL I PRACTITIONER

2-day On-Site

Explore the core elements of attunement and learn strategies to stay regulated during interactions with families. This training will guide participants in recognizing and managing their own emotions while practicing the FAN approach, Feel, Think, Do, and Reflect with families, to build stronger, more responsive connections with families.


LEVEL II PRACTITIONER

Level I + Mentoring + 1-day Training

  • Monday, January 26th
    • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday, January 27th
    • 8:30am-5:00pm

After completing Level I, participants advance to Level II by engaging in mentoring with supervisors who support staff trained in the FAN approach, followed by an additional one-day training focused on reviewing, integrating, and reflecting on the use of the FAN approach within their home visiting practice to deepen skill application and confidence.
