CREA - TSI/CSI School Improvement Training: Utilizing the School Renewal Guide-11/12/25-BISMARCK

This session guides school teams in applying the School Renewal Guide to strengthen school improvement efforts. Through reflection, discussion, and planning, participants will examine the School Renewal Process, assess their school’s readiness for improvement, and take steps to build effective teams and structures that support continuous improvement.

Objectives:

1. Describe the phases of the School Renewal Process and use a shared language to communicate about school improvement.
2. Analyze the conditions necessary to initiate the School Renewal Process within the school community.
3. Develop a plan to establish or strengthen a school team and meeting structures that drive continuous improvement. 

Audience: School personnel from identified TSI/CSI schools, including district leaders, school building principals, school leadership team members, and/or teacher leaders. Please consult with CREA liaison for guidance on attendee recommendations.
