Description
In this workshop, participants will consider how to evaluate programs they have been funding, consider their immediate and future needs, and plan an approach that is financially sustainable and transparent. CREA and NDDPI staff will assist school teams in budgeting their plans for their school. This training is intended for a team to plan and should consist of superintendent, principal, business manager, and other staff responsible for federal programs.
